#20098: compat-wireless-2015-06-22 stack dump

I recently updated master and looks like something was introduced. I am
running on a Beaglebone Black Rev-C with a EW-7811Un wireless USB adapter.
During boot when the network is being configured, I get this stack dump.
Also if I run certain commands like "iwlist wlan0 scanning".
