#20136: Oops with b43 on E3000 "Data bus error" when trying to bring up 5GHZ

Hi there,
Every time I'm trying to bring up my 5GHZ wlan (radio1.network1) I'm
getting this error. 2.4GHZ wlan on radio0 works. Tried with both Chaos
Calmer rc3 and latest trunk. (r46407)
On Barrier Breaker I don't get the 5 GHZ option at all, thats why I
started fiddling in the first place, is this supposed to work on Chaos
Calmer? Would I need to switch to the non free broadcom driver with wl?
Any suggestions as to how to solve this would be welcome. :)
