Comment:
IGMP snooping was indeed re-enabled and one can see all the relevant
configurations and multicast_snooping as '1' but still the streaming
packets flood the interface. Versions tested on include BB and AA.
Hardware is DB-120 with Atheros SoC and Atheros switch(embedded on
hardware).
