#20276: [ar71xx] upgrading libopenssl breaks openvpn-openssl and openssh-server

I recently upgraded libopenssl to the latest available package version
(barrier breaker, libopenssl 1.0.2d) and this broke openvpn-openssl and
openssh-server.
Both now won't start (line 1: ELF... not found). I tried the latest
packages of both in trunk, but the same issue persists.
This happens on ar71xx-generic, WNDR3700v2
