Accordig to the radvd changelog, this was fixed in version 1.9.3, but
newer 1.9 versions up to 1.9.9 exist:

I just started playing with OpenWrt, if I got it right then
feeds/ipv6/radvd/Makefile from the packages repository is the file that
needs to be updated. I'm attaching a patch that bumps the version from
1.9.1 to 1.9.3 (I repeat that using at least the latest 1.9 version might
be a better idea). I also removed the mirror site since updated tarballs
of radvd don't seem to be hosted there any longer.
