I don't know enough, so confused as well, but I think 18…18+4 are the
actual pins as you found, `MT7620_GPIO_MODE_PA` being just a shift for the
`pa` group. So, maybe that's the most we can do if LNA & PA are a combo.
If I understand correctly, pins 18-19 are GPOs, so we're only activating
20-21? Either way, based on empirical evidence, something was off before,
and it's on now ;-)
