#20455: Asus RT-N13U B1 wireless speed is limited to under 65Mbits/s

The wireless speed is much slower in OpenWRT on ASUS RT-N13U B1 router
than its official firmware or DD-WRT as Luci shows TX can only reach
65MBits/s while at its maximum, which is a significant drawback for
300Mbits/s router.
This problem also exists in the previous version of OpenWRT like Attitude
adjustment.
I doubt that antennas are not fully activated to work in 802.11n mode.
Also, the noise always show 0db in Luci, that might give some hint about
the nature of the problem.
