I determined this was likely caused by calls from sqm-scripts which for
whatever reason chose to use busybox ip even though regular ip should have
been preferred by $PATH.
At least that's what I've seen on my build. In any case, the issue was
harmless and didn't cause any trouble other than this warning.
r46833 should fix it anyway.
