you used a "preserve settings" install and you have an obsolete opkg.conf
file.
your router is trying to download -RC2 modules instead of current ones.
cp /rom/etc/opkg.conf /etc/opkg.conf
to get the correct opkg settings. (or just reset router to defaults and
re-configure from scratch).
