I am experiencing this as well, although not trying wan-to-lan but LAN-to-
LAN
iptables -L -t nat | grep 22201
DNAT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp
dpt:22201 /* INT-SSH-iPhone-Reflection */ to:192.168.1.223:22
