#20572: dhcp - option defaulroute '1' - failure

I use OpenWrt r46993 with Kernel 4.1.6 on Netgear WNDR3700v2. The Netgear
is on a Cablemodem with Docsis 2.0. The Config from my WAN-Interface is:
config interface 'wan'
option ifname 'eth1'
option proto 'dhcp'
option metric '10'
option hostname 'Netgear'
option broadcast '1'
option defaultroute '1' <-- (I set thos option)
Without the Option defaultroute '1' in the config i am loosing the default
route after 1-2 days.
