Seems that b43 is not supporting n features. Read more at

Hope someone finds a way out. Without n the wireless seems to be very
slow. Not suitable for even medium size file transfer.
I am also stuck here. Ready to help find a way out.
Someone please mail b43 developers.

Seems that this issue is widespread.
Might be proprietary broadcom drivers help, if we can figure a way out.
