#20579: BB and CC causing TP-link WDR4300 to slowly buffer youtube videos

Hi, I am using a tp-link wdr4300v1 and recently I upgraded openwrt from a
RC version of BB to BB release and I noticed a weird issue: every time I
watch a youtube video on my android devices(cell phones + tablet) it will
buffer almost exactly 10 seconds before playing the video. I downgraded it
to AA,upgraded it to CC for comparison and did many tests during different
time to rule out the possibility of internet connection issue and I can
definitely confirm that this unacceptable 10-second buffering phenomenon
only happens on BB and CC but NOT AA, and it does not happen on TP-link
stock firmware neither as I tested. It appears to me that this issue was
introduced somehow shortly before the release of BB.
The android devices of mine seem to be okay as I cannot observe this
10-buffering issue if I use cellular data or move to other APs, it is only
duplicatable on BB and CC.
I would be happy to provide any further debug information if you have any
suggestions. Thanks in advance.
