#20596: Something is broken after commit #47006

On Asus WL-500GPv2 builds after 47006 seems to be unusable. I suspected
overlay vs overlayfs change in function fopivot() in trunk/package/base-
files/files/lib/functions/preinit.sh (commit 47015), but if i do '''cat
/proc/filesystems''' on 47006 it shows '''overlay''' which is used there.
At least commit 47006 is working, maybe some other commits after it are
also working.
