#20612: PPTP adds a wrong route to PPTP server (ignoring static routes and
metrics)

When PPTP connection has estableshed the system adds a route to PPTP
server (and it's all right). But I have situation when this route is
wrong.
A have an iface with default gateway aaa with metric 100. And a static
route 10.0.0.0/8 to the PPTP server with metric 0. The system ignore this
static route and after connection has established adds a route to PPTP
server to gateway aaa '''ignoring static routes and metrics'''.
