#20614: Very Slow Speed trough IPSec Tunnel

I already found a ticket with this issue basend on lantiq-chips but it
seems to be solved.
But on Chaos Chalmer i still have the same problem.
If i connect with a roadwarrior to the IPSec-Server the maximum troughput
is about 20kb/s.
Currently i use aes encryption. Would blowfish fix this?
