#20701: jailed programs fails because symlinked .so's don't mount actual binary

In CC jails are failing because the library detection doesn't follow
symlinks to the actual target, and without mounting the actual binary the
jails fail with ENOENT.
If you include the symlink targets as well, then the jails work.
