is checked, there is no module in /usr/lib/lighttpd
2015-10-10 17:11:27: (plugin.c.223) dlopen() failed for:
/usr/lib/lighttpd/mod_cgi.so Error loading shared library
/usr/lib/lighttpd/mod_cgi.so: No such file or directory
2015-10-10 17:11:27: (server.c.679) loading plugins finally failed
