#20722: Archer C20i support (failsafe mode missing)

The Archer C20i has basic support (see http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link
/archer-c20i). Open-WRT is working fine. However, one basic function is
missing: the fallsafe mode. It is needed to restore the router settings if
something went wrong. The solution is available as modifications to the
basic system. See the following discussions:

If two files of the OpenWrt ImageBuilder (version 15.05) are patched
failsafe is working as expected. Please apply these changes to support
failsafe for the Archer C20i router.
