#20780: Segfault in arptables binary

On current trunk the arptables binary from the arptables package segfaults
when invoked with the "-L" and/or "--list" option:
root@OpenWrt:~# arptables -L
Segmentation fault
This is at least true for the ar71xx branch, since my WNDR3700v2 is based
upon this platform. Other netfilter packages (iptables, ebtables) work
just fine.
