#20859: Backfire 10.03.1 does not build with recent bash

Backfire 10.03.1 does not build on Debian Jessie. This appears to be due
to recent bash security fixes (shellshock and similar).
I have succesfully backported AA makefile changes and built a working
image on Debian Jessie x64. The patch is attached. Note, I am building a
lean system with few base packages and no Luci, I don't know if this works
for all packages.
