The two tickets may be connected, but it doesn't look like a duplicate to
me.
LuCi is misreporting the same field on the same page in both tickets, but
there's a difference: in that case, the address being shown is the remote
gateway (a public address) rather than the local endpoint. In this case,
the address shown is the local gateway (a private address in 192.168.x.x)
rather than the public address.
