Thanks for the advice.
On Linux Mint 17.2 with 3.16 kernel these soundcards are working without
any problem.
Then I've booted x86 OpenWRT CC on the same PC that works with Linux Mint,
and had the same bug. After quitting madplay all next attempts to play
something ended up with error

So seems that this is only OpenWRT related bug.
