 break the seal on the tablets as you will need to send them back. When I
 spoke to someone at the company they wouldn’t give me a RMA number so I
 kept repeating to them that I was going to send them back anyway. I sent
 them back by recorded delivery and made sure that I kept the post office
 receipts. You can tell when they have been received and signed for by
 checking the ‘barcode’ number on the receipt on the royal mail website. I
 then rang the company again and gave them all the details they needed. to
 start with they said that as I hadn’t put an RMA number on the package
 there was nothing they could do, so I told them that I wasn’t given an RMA
 number despite asking for one. I gave them the ‘barcode’ number from the
 post office receipt. They kept putting me on hold and at one point there
 was a terrible screeching interference noise on the line. Once this
 terrible interference had stopped they said that because of customer
 courtesy they would refund my money. I now have it all safely back in my
