#21281: Luci webinterface does not handle country setting for 802.11a / 5ghz

When changing the country settings for the 802.11a radio on an Archer C7,
the web interface does not change the list of possible channels, selecting
then an illegal channel then just results in the interface not working
without clear reason. Selecting a valid channel outside of the list in the
config file works.
