Ok, I'm back with some news.
This morning my Nexus5 was able to connect to 5GHz network.

Interestingly the Nexus5 was still connected and the connection worked.
After disconnecting the Nexus5 the reconnection failed too:

Well I can leave the router "as it is" in fail state for a while. Is there
