 Ok, I'm back with some news.

 This morning my Nexus5 was able to connect to 5GHz network.

 Later on I tried to connect a Nexus 10 to the same 5GHz Network which
 failed:

 Interestingly the Nexus5 was still connected and the connection worked.
 After disconnecting the Nexus5 the reconnection failed too:

 Well I can leave the router "as it is" in fail state for a while. Is there
 anything I can provide for further information?
 (Logs, dmesg ect...)
