#21318: USB broken for ARV4510PW

When i plug a usb device in the ARV4510PW modem, it is not detected.
And command cat /proc/interrupts shows that the number of interrupts for
irq 66 (the irq assigned to USB PCI controller, a VIA VT6212L) is null.
It works in barrier breaker
