The problem with the MAC address on radio0 is at the moment not very
important, although I must admit that on the original software
manufacturer radio0 receives its own unique MAC address - in openwrt is
simply cloned from a hardware MAC address on the LAN.
Generally does not interfere in any way act radio0 in basic configuration
as the AP default settings after installation openwrt.
