After installing luci-app-ddns luci breaks with:

This was run on a TP-Link MR3420 with MultiWeb 3.18, but I get the same on
a TP-Link Archer C7 and a Netgear WNDR4300 with the latest install from
OpenWrt.
Removing luci-app-ddns via ssh brings luci back.
