#21346: add easycwmp package as TR-069 client for OpenWRT

OpenWRT does not contain yet a TR-069 client.
EasyCwmp looks a good TR-069 client. It's compliant with amendment 2. And
the community is active.
And each time I want to build openWRT with easycwmp I have to download the
package from easycwmp website.
Could you please add easycwmp package as a TR-069 client for OpenWRT
