#21389: Cannot flash Linksys RE6500 binary

Tried compile the binary by my own and the binary file from
downloads.openwrt.org. None of them works, the OEM page refused to flash
the .bin file. It says the file is crapped at around 24~49% upload
progress. If it reaches 49% it acturally freeze the router and the router
will become unaccessable for a while. The wiki page is rather short,
making it hard to determine the proper way to flash RE6500, or if the OEM
upgrade is even supported.
