#21517: No Sane package in Choas Calmer

Currently it is not possible to install any of the sane packages to be
able to setup network scanning.

This is after I ran opkg update. Is there a reason they are not available
or a specific feed that needs to be added? Not having much luck finding
out the status of sane in Chaos Calmer.
