custom image is set on 192.168.2.1

I dont know if reporting here or on github at luci is the correct place.

I have build recent trunk with self configured ip by entering it here:
 openwrt/files/etc/uci-defaults/custom_ip

I have set it to 192.168.2.1. Everytime i say that it should reset the
configuration and load factory settings the waiting screen tries to
 connect to 192.168.1.1.
I think it would be better if the config page try to connect to the ip the
reset command came from. If the ip would have changed, then the people
know that they have changed it and after reset they have to connect to the
 ip from before their change.
At the moment it would never be able to connect to 192.168.1.1 because the
ip is always set to 192.168.2.1.
