I was messing around with package signatures and wanted to disable
signature checking. So, I set "option check_signature 0" in /etc/opkg.conf
and expected it to disable signature checking, but it does not.
Not sure if this is a design/expectation issue or bug. I have not looked
at the code.
I googled around and saw a couple of other people having the same issue,
so this issue has been around for awhile.
