 Okay, but then it would be a good idea to mention that on the router's
 page (https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/buffalo/wzr-hp-g450h). After all, my
 switch hardware IS mentioned on the page that explains swconfig
 (https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/techref/swconfig). I refreshed some
 knowledge and gained some more, but nevertheless it took me the best part
 of the last two days to finally understand the problem and get to this bug
 report.

 Don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful for the great work people have put
 into OpenWrt, but some hint would have been really helpful here.
