Please check if you can enable debugfs on your ubuntu machine and show the
output of:
cat /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy*/netdev:*/stations/*/rc_stats
If you can't get that enabled, please run heavy traffic from the ubuntu
machine to the mt76 device and show the output of iw wlan0 station dump
