#21890: Xiaomi mini & Lenovo y1 2.4G is still very weak

The miwifi mini and lenovo y1 has no extern pa at all, and Changeset 46891
may be wrong.I try to detect the power of lna, it is default high with
either stock or openwrt firmware.
The 2.4G weak singal problem will only happened with the machine has
extern lna.
