 Confirmed in DESIGNATED DRIVER (Bleeding Edge, r47238)
 kernel 4.1.10

 Kernel panic happens after
 "sysctl -w net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables=1"
 and then
 "sysctl -w net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables=0"

 also after /etc/init.d/network restart when net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-
 iptables=1


 net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables looks broken
 not sure if it is only openwrrt problem. likely linux kernel related
