This bug also materializes when writing messages to some of the threads. I
guess that it is related to those threads that somebody has subscribed (to
get email alerts).
After the forum posting has been successfully accepted, the following mail
attempt apparently fails and the user ends up with the error page due to
the smtp error. That may lead the user to think that the message failed
and to re-post, creating double-postings at the forum.
