If I remove the cdc_acm module and re-insert it back, then the device file
ttyACM0 pops up in /dev.
That is:

root@Ciorlano:~# modprobe cdc_acm
root@Ciorlano:~# sleep 1
root@Ciorlano:~# ls -l /dev/ttyACM0
crw-r--r-- 1 root root 166, 0 Feb 26 16:19 /dev/ttyACM0

This seems to be an issue with the procd and, maybe, its timing.
