You may wish to hold off on installing OpenWrt on the HH5.
What I've found:-
Wifi offers most of the 5GHz band, but if I select something other than
36/40/44/48 nothing is transmitted.
Crashes repeatedly. Often within LUCI, but also reboots of its own accord,
several times an hour.
2.4GHz wifi fine with MacBooks. 5GHz causes them to disconnect within
seconds.
Fortunately this was a HH5 I got for free. Need to try and flash it back
to stock now.
