#21932: LuCI shows wrong IP address, and so does arp

I have my lan and guest networks both in the 192.168.x.y range, with
different values of x.
However, sometimes LuCI shows a bogus IP address, while arp goes even
further
and shows several. The associated device (an Android phone) is on dhcp and
shows the
correct 192.168.x.y addresses on each disconnect-reconnect. Is this a bug
or - more likely - am I doing
something silly?
