#21939: htmode other than 'NONE' can cause issues with certain clients

 I have a TP-LINK TL-WR703N v1 with OpenWRT 15.05 revision 46767.

 One of the clients is a Lenovo X220 laptop with RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi
 Adapter.

 I was seeing horrible stability issues (manifested mainly as lost ARP
 packets but also dropped association) with this configuration and finally
 tracked this down to the default htmode setting.

 The default htmode for this hardware was HT20. I found that HT40 doesn't
 help, but changing this to 'NONE' fixed the problems.

 I don't know whether to blame the client or OpenWRT router, but either
 way, will report it here to maybe help others.

 Maybe this is a problem with the Linux client driver. Have raise an issue
 here with all the relevant information:
