nbd: Thanks for the link. I'll try to suggest this to the repo
maintainers.
It´s not a matter of depending on the order of init scripts to bring up
the interface. Is a matter of making zabbix available after ALL related
interfaces(ethernet, vlan, bond an tunnels) are up.
anonymous: This is no way more robust and its pretty much an overkill, to
listen on all available addresses since we have 11 vlans or more on our
routers. MAYBE easier, but that is just a matter of remembering the
relationship between security and convenience.
And even when listening on all IP addresses, i found some issues if a tun
or ppp interface is available after zabbix agent is already running.
