#22038: uqmi doesn't send proper apn to the modem

APN other than "internet" (eg - m2m.plusgsm.pl - allowed apn in Poland for
the operator "Plus") causes the modem does not connect. If manually set
apn by AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","m2m.plusgsm.pl" - it connect. uqmi doesn't send
proper apn to the modem.
