#22043: slight router slowdown after >10days uptime

after 11 days uptime on xiaomi mini the router seems to perform a bit
slower
when loading a page for the first time it looks like dnsmasq (running with
dnscrypt-proxy) needs several seconds to resolve for example google.com
and after checking main page and switching to processes i noticed these
logread/mwan3 commands still being executed
