#22062: EA4500 WiFi TX rate issue

recently i flushed my EA4500 router to CHAOS CALMER (15.05.1, r48532).
but i have two issues in my WiFi the first one the TX Rate is always 1.0
Mbit/s, MCS 0 and the second issue when i raise the TX power is not
changed it is always stuck on 18 DB even when i tried to change the
country code.
and when i try the 5Ghz it is also stuck on 6Mbit/s
Thanks in advance i hope you can fix this issue for me because i like the
performance of the router and it is really reduced the latency.
