#22045: system hangs when reconnecting pppoe-wan multiple times

 install a clean image only with LuCI, I can also reproduce when just
 booted without doing anything.

 It works the first time.
 root@OpenWrt:~# ifdown wan
 root@OpenWrt:~# ifup wan

 Kernel crash begins
 root@OpenWrt:~# ifdown wan
 root@OpenWrt:~# ifup wan
 (get stuck and timeout at last)
 Command failed: Request timed out

 check syslog and get nothing.
 root@OpenWrt:~# logread
 Failed to find log object: Not found
 Failed to find log object: Not found
 Failed to find log object: Not found
 (...and looping)

 You won't run out of memory after boot, do you? Please try this yourself
 instead guessing.
