Bittorrent protocol not working. HTTP&FTP seem to work.

Found in BB 14.07, CC 15.05, CC 15.05.1
Package 1.15.1-1 from AA 12.09 works correctly (and has the executable
size twice the size of that in 1.18.7-1) - looks like some option is
missing during compilation...
