#22168: NOIP DNS does not update using groupname

Hi All,
As far as I see there is a problem with NO-IP dynamic DNS service updates.
If I try to use group name for username, update fails.
According to NOIP support, groupnames should be used as the following,
however LuCi removes or encodes this character wrong.
Groupname<separator>Username, where the separator can be ‘%23’ or ‘%3A’
or ‘#’
Could you please check scripts?
